How do I track my order?
All items are sent via recorded delivery. Your unique tracking number will be on your Dispatch Email. Please contact us using the form above if you are unsure.
What are your delivery options?
Unless agreed prior to purchase, all items are sent Royal Mail second class recorded delivery. For multiple orders we will group items together and refund any postage overspend to keep your costs down. If you have any special requests please drop us a line email@example.com

Can I order something custom made?
Yes indeed! If you can't see what your're looking for please get in touch email@example.com and we'll do our best to make your bespoke piece.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we are happy to ship anywhere that accepts postal deliveries. Costs may vary due to destination.
What is your returns policy?
30 day refund policy. After 30 days a credit note will be issued. Please contact us if you have any specific questions about returning your item. This does not effect your statutory rights.
