Are teething necklaces safe for babies? 

Yes, teething necklaces are safe for babies while they are with their grown up. Teething necklaces are not a toy, they are baby proof jewellery for grownups to wear that babies can fiddle with and chew safely while supervised.

 

  • Every product is given a sterile wipe before it's packaged, but we recommend sterilising before every use. 

  • Each necklace features a snap clasp that pops open if yanked or caught on something.

  • ​Cords are made from colour-fast nylon and are double knotted at each end.

  • ​All our silicone meets the European safety standard EN71-3. We constantly review our suppliers and change accordingly should products not meet our standards.

  • ​Our silicone products are non-toxic, hypoallergenic, hygienic and resistant to bacteria.

 

What age can a baby start wearing a teething necklace? 

We do not recommend that you put any teething jewellery or necklaces on babies or children under 13 years old at any time.

 

Should I put a teething necklace on my baby to bed at night?

We do not recommend that you put any teething jewellery or necklaces on babies or children under 13 years old at night time including napping or sleeping.

 

Do you leave teething necklaces on at night?

We do not recommend that anyone, grownups or babies, wears any teething jewellery or necklaces when napping or sleeping.

 

Can teething necklaces choke babies?
